In the late hours of February 23, 2015, the life of 34-year-old Steven Carroll Ferguson, a Caucasian male, was cut short on a street in Ogden, Utah. Neighbors on the 3500 block of Jackson Avenue were startled by the sound of gunshots and discovered Ferguson's body lying in the street. He had been shot twice with a. 357 magnum revolver, once in the arm and once in the lower back.
