A bright Wednesday morning in West Jordan, Utah, turned tragic on June 28, 2017, marking the violent end for a 36-year-old Caucasian woman named Jill Lloyd. Just before 9 a.m., while stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of 7800 South and 2700 West, her life was abruptly cut short.
