In the early morning hours of March 23, 2021, the life of Troy Gerry Frampton, a 60-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in West Valley City, Utah. What began as a get-together between friends ended in a fatal confrontation inside a motorhome parked outside the residence of his friend, Glen Hogue.
