On a summer day in Millville, Utah, a conflict between two men at a construction site simmered with fatal consequences. A Hispanic / Latino male named Yovani Nieto Arellano, a 29-year-old construction worker, was involved in a dispute with his older coworker, 59-year-old Lorenzo Tena-Vasquez, on the morning of August 12, 2021.
