In the quiet community of West Valley City, Utah, the life of a vibrant 14-year-old Black/African American boy, Tivani-Tapuvai Fangalua Lopati, was tragically cut short on January 13, 2022. Born in Salt Lake City on February 22, 2007, Tivani was known for his infectious humor and his love for family, dance, sports, and music, with a special talent for playing the ukulele and guitar.
