A man is shot through a kitchen window
On March 22, 1978, Rico Joseph Mascherana, aged 74, passed away from injuries sustained after being shot months earlier. The initial attack occurred on December 31, 1977, while he was making repairs in his Salt Lake City home. A gunman fired through his kitchen window, hitting him as he worked under the sink.
