In the late afternoon of April 8, 2022, a violent altercation in Magna, Utah, claimed the life of 20-year-old Hispanic male, Fernando Ruesga. The fatal encounter unfolded outside the Colony Farms apartment complex, shattering the daytime quiet with gunfire. Ruesga was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of his Dodge Charger, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
