A man is found shot to death in his home
On August 6, 2005, Jason Royter, 33, was brutally murdered in his Magna, Utah, home. His girlfriend discovered his body around 1:30 a.m. after returning home. Royter had been stabbed multiple times, and signs of a violent struggle were evident throughout the residence. Investigators believe that Royter may have known his killer, as there were no signs of forced entry, suggesting he might have let the attacker in willingly.
