On March 6, 1998, a day that began like any other, the life of 33-year-old Michael T. Logan was tragically cut short in a violent outburst that stunned the community of Newington, Connecticut. A resident of Colchester, Logan was an information systems manager at the Connecticut Lottery Corporation, where he had worked for approximately two years.
