Edward "Little Man" Bell Jr., a 34-year-old resident of Hartford, Connecticut, was fatally shot on May 6, 2005, at approximately 11:20 p.m. The incident occurred on George Street, a neighborhood known for its close-knit community. Bell was transported to Hartford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from gunshot wounds.
