In the quiet, early morning hours of November 15, 2015, a grim discovery was made in the town of Bethany, Connecticut. The body of a young Hispanic man, 27-year-old Joel Suero of New Haven, was found on the ground on Wooding Hill Road. State Police troopers responded to the scene around 4:30 a.m. and immediately launched an investigation into what they deemed an untimely death.
