On the evening of January 17, 2019, the life of a young Black/African American man, 22-year-old Aaron Joseph Ormsby, was tragically cut short. Police responded to a call at approximately 6:30 p.m. and discovered Ormsby on the ground behind a house on Foster Street in Meriden, Connecticut.
