Sir Marcus Bibbs, a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on November 2, 2007, near his residence on Garlington Court in San Francisco. His killing remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made in connection with his death. Authorities have not publicly identified any suspects or motives behind the shooting.
