Marcus Bibbs, a 21-year-old man from San Francisco, was tragically shot and killed on November 2, 2007, in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood. The shooting took place near his home on Garlington Court, a location known for violence. Bibbs was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His death occurred during a particularly violent period in the neighborhood, which had been dealing with frequent incidents of gun-related homicides.
