In the pre-dawn hours of a Sunday in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the quiet of Black Rock Avenue was broken by a grim discovery. On December 12, 2021, a 42-year-old Caucasian male named Michael Harrigan was found unresponsive inside his vehicle. Police had been called to the scene around 4:44 a.m. and, upon arrival, they found that Harrigan had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
