The incident occurred at the Greene Homes Housing Community on Highland Avenue, where Morales was a resident. His body was discovered in a hallway on the fifth floor of Building 4 at approximately 10:15 p.m.
Upon their arrival, authorities found Morales unresponsive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
