In the early hours of June 10, 2022, the quiet of a North Bridgeport neighborhood was broken by the sound of gunfire. Noel McIntosh, a 37-year-old Black male from Bridgeport, was found lying in the street on Priscilla Circle at approximately 1:25 a.m., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
