In the late hours of a Monday evening, the life of 29-year-old Evan Howard, a White/Caucasian male from West Hartford, Connecticut, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On July 18, 2022, at approximately 11:35 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night on Kensington Street, between Chapel Street and Edgewood Avenue, in New Haven.
