Rashon A Purnell

Rashon A. Purnell, aged 24, was fatally shot on August 24, 2016, in Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood. He was sitting in his car on the 5400 block of South Bishop Street when he was shot multiple times in the neck, chest, and arm.
