Peter M. Fabbri, 54, was fatally shot on September 25, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois, near Millennium Park—a popular tourist area. Fabbri was walking down Michigan Avenue with his sister and another woman after attending a wine tasting when they encountered 32-year-old Paul Pagan, who was handing out pamphlets.
