In the winter of 2006, the life of 25-year-old Jennifer Rena Dunlap Bailey, a female from West Virginia, was tragically cut short in the small town of Norfork, Arkansas. Her death was the culmination of a multi-state crime spree undertaken by her companion, Jacob D. Robida. The events that led to the fatal encounter in Arkansas began days earlier in New Bedford, Massachusetts, where Robida was the primary suspect in a violent assault at a local bar.
