On the evening of Christmas Eve in 2014, a tragic event unfolded in the Shorter Gardens Housing Area of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Alex Booker, a 27-year-old male resident of Little Rock, was discovered lying in the street by a passerby around 10:00 PM. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities who were promptly alerted.
