On a spring afternoon in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 24-year-old Deshon Stokes was tragically cut short. On Thursday, April 8, 2021, at approximately 4:23 p.m., officers from the Little Rock Police Department were dispatched to the scene of a shooting on North Chicot Road.
