In the summer of 2016, a residence in Van Buren, Arkansas, became the scene of a tragic event that claimed the lives of two young men. On June 18th, 20-year-old Trevor Lane Vargas, a male who had served in the United States Army, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded when 21-year-old Benjamin Lee Allen of Mena, Arkansas, arrived at the home where Vargas was present.
