On June 20, 2016, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 49-year-old Allen Lee Lampkin was found deceased in his vehicle in the parking lot of Kibb's BBQ at 1400 S. Blake Street. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
