In the autumn of 2016, a hunting trip near Bentonville, Arkansas took a tragic turn, resulting in the death of 54-year-old Jeffery Millstead, a male visitor from DeRidder, Louisiana. On November 16th, while in the woods in the vicinity of Punkin Hollow and Miller Church roads, Millstead was fatally wounded. He was in the company of a hunting companion at the time of the incident.
