On August 25, 2022, at approximately 11:43 a.m., the Bentonville Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at the Town Square Apartments on Rose Garden Lane in Bentonville, Arkansas. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Romeo Woods suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
