In the late summer of 2017, the community of Helena, Arkansas, was shaken by a string of violence that resulted in the death of 20-year-old Robert Newman. A young man, known to his loved ones as 'RJ,' his life was cut short by gunfire on September 12, 2017. At the time of his death, Newman was a resident of West Helena.
