In the autumn of 2017, the life of 30-year-old Paul Gonzales, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. On the night of October 10th, Gonzales was discovered in a breezeway of the Labette Manor apartment complex, having been shot multiple times.
