In the quiet community of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, the life of 40-year-old Paul D. Power was tragically cut short on December 5, 2017. His death was part of a grim discovery that day, when officers from the Hot Springs Police Department found three individuals deceased in the 200 block of Nevada Street.
