On a February afternoon in 2018, the life of 18-year-old Demarco Jhere Taylor, a Black male, was cut short in Conway, Arkansas. The incident, which marked the city's first homicide of the year, unfolded at a home on Bernard Drive around 5 p.m. on February 15th.
