On April 12, 2024, Dr. Eric Green, a 49-year-old resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, was found dead along with two other individuals in a triple homicide. The bodies were discovered in a home on the 700 block of S. College Road in Lafayette following a welfare check initiated by the police after Brandon Touchet, one of the victims, was reported missing.
