On February 3, 2020, a tragic incident occurred in Columbia County, Arkansas, involving a car fire that led to a double homicide investigation. The Columbia County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a vehicle fire near County Road 11, close to the Weyerhaeuser Timberland Company. Upon arrival, deputies discovered two deceased individuals inside the burned vehicle.
