On February 23, 2020, at approximately 12:45 p.m., officers from the North Little Rock Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 1800 block of Ben Street. Upon arrival, they discovered two deceased individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds. One victim was found inside a residence at 1807 Ben Street, while the other was located on the ground outside the home.
