In the late summer of 2020, tragedy struck the community of Blytheville, Arkansas. On the evening of August 16th, Willie Wright, a 52-year-old man, was found lying in the yard of a residence on East Rose Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency services were called to the scene, and Wright was quickly transported to Great River Medical Center for treatment. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
