Murdered

On September 3, 2020, 17-year-old Emonyá Da'Vion Earl Moten was fatally shot outside a residence at the intersection of 17th Avenue and Elm Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Responding officers found Moten lying outside the home, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. A 23-year-old man was also injured in the shooting but survived.
