In the morning hours of a Tuesday in Little Rock, Arkansas, the sound of gunfire shattered the quiet of a neighborhood. On January 12, 2021, police responded to a call of shots fired on Stardust Trail. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered the body of a man lying in a driveway.
