In Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Saturday evening in August, the life of 30-year-old Robert Dewayne Hubbard was tragically cut short. On August 14, 2021, a Black male, Hubbard was found on Labette Drive, having sustained a gunshot wound. Emergency services were called to the scene, but Hubbard was pronounced dead. His body was subsequently transported to the state crime lab for an autopsy to officially determine the cause of death.
