Death by Force

In Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Saturday evening in August, the life of 30-year-old Robert Dewayne Hubbard was tragically cut short. On August 14, 2021, a Black male, Hubbard was found on Labette Drive, having sustained a gunshot wound. Emergency services were called to the scene, but Hubbard was pronounced dead.
