On a summer afternoon in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 34-year-old Joshua Matthew Edward Olscwa was tragically cut short. On July 7, 2021, Olscwa, a male resident of Jacksonville, was fatally shot in the 10000 block of Mundo Road. The sound of a single gunshot prompted a neighbor to alert authorities, leading to the discovery of the fatal incident.
