On July 7, 2021, 34-year-old Joshua Matthew Edward Olscwa of Jacksonville, Arkansas, was fatally shot in the 10000 block of Mundo Road in North Little Rock. Responding to reports of a shooting, the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office discovered Olscwa deceased at the scene.

The following day, authorities arrested 30-year-old Brandy Ann Copeland of Cabot, Arkansas, in connection with the homicide. She was charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Copel ...Read More
