In the early morning hours of November 26, 2021, the life of 39-year-old Claude Donell Tatum, a Black male, was cut short by an act of violence in his hometown of Dumas, Arkansas. Responding to a report of gunfire at a residence on South Beech Street at approximately 1:15 a.m., local police officers discovered Tatum inside, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
