On March 26, 2022, Charles Henry Willis III, a 53-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot outside Pizza D'Action, a popular dive bar on West Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Willis, known as "Charlie" to friends and colleagues, had been a regular at the establishment before joining its staff as a security guard.
