On August 15, 2022, at approximately 8:05 a.m., the body of 27-year-old Bonderick "BJ" Nard Jr. was discovered inside his residence in the 1600 block of Edwards Street in Texarkana, Arkansas. A neighbor found Nard's body and also located a small male child in the home, who appeared unharmed and was subsequently placed in the care of family members.
