Jessie McCaskill, a 50-year-old woman, was found deceased in her Phoenix, Arizona home in what was determined to be a murder-suicide. Her partner, 32-year-old Dallas Augustine, was identified as the suspect in her death. Authorities concluded that Augustine fatally shot McCaskill before taking her own life.
