In the fall of 2013, a quiet townhouse complex in Phoenix, Arizona, became the scene of a tragic and violent event that claimed the life of 66-year-old Bruce Moore and three generations of his family. On the morning of October 26th, a dispute over the barking of the family's dogs escalated into a horrific act of violence at the hands of their next-door neighbor.
