In the evening hours of November 22, 2024, the life of 21-year-old Hinkley Leifi, a male resident of Kent, Washington, was tragically cut short. The fatal encounter unfolded in a parking lot situated in the 1500 block of West Meeker Street. Around 8 p.m., the sound of multiple gunshots, estimated by witnesses to be between five and twelve, pierced the night, prompting numerous calls to 911. Callers reported seeing a man down on the pavement.
