The incident occurred in the early evening near the intersection of White Horse Road and Cedar Lane Road, a location known for its high traffic and commercial activity. Emergency responders arrived promptly and transported Jenkins to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
