On December 14, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Belen, New Mexico, resulting in the deaths of 42-year-old Leonardo Leyva, his partner, 35-year-old Adriana Bencomo, and their two sons, 16-year-old Adrian and 14-year-old Alexander. The family's eldest son, 16-year-old Diego Leyva, contacted 911 around 3:30 a.m., allegedly confessing to the killings.
