On September 13, 2015, a deadly confrontation occurred at a gas station along Route 314 in Los Chavez, New Mexico, involving members of rival motorcycle clubs. Sean Duffey, 38, of Albuquerque, a member of the Bandidos motorcycle club, and Danny Macias, 40, of Belen, affiliated with the Poor Boys motorcycle club, were both fatally shot during the incident.
