On December 11, 2024, at approximately midnight, a tragic shooting occurred near Susie B. West Elementary School in Natchez, Mississippi. The victims, 39-year-old Keitra McDonald and 43-year-old Londell Williams, were fatally shot while traveling in a vehicle near the intersection of Lewis Drive and Hope Lane. A third individual, a female juvenile, sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital; her injuries were not considered life-threatening.
