On a Saturday afternoon, the life of Ramone Rashawn Blue, a 23-year-old Black male from Stewartville, Minnesota, was tragically cut short. On December 7, 2024, in the parking lot of a business located at 8069 Brooklyn Boulevard in Brooklyn Park, a shooting took place at approximately 2:00 PM.
