On December 7, 2024, in Leoni Township, Michigan, 70-year-old Shari Schweda was found deceased in her home, and her 57-year-old neighbor, Thomas Farnsworth, was discovered dead in her driveway. Authorities have charged Shari's son, 40-year-old Roger Albert Schweda, with two counts of open murder and two felony firearms counts in connection with the deaths.
